5. Ordering and Delivery

6. Warranty

All machines come with 1 Year Service Warranty from the date of delivery
Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions
Warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage due to improper handling
Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period

7. Installation and Support

Installation guidance is provided free of charge
On-site installation may be available at additional cost depending on location
Technical support is available via phone and WhatsApp
Spare parts are available for purchase separately

8. Cancellation and Returns

Order cancellation must be requested before dispatch
Cancellation charges may apply based on production stage
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects within 7 days of delivery
Customer must bear return shipping costs unless defect is confirmed
